It's a complete French Language Pack for CommunityServer 2007.

To install it :

unzip this file in your CS/Languages folder
edit languages.xml and add the following entry : <language name="French" key="fr-FR" emailCharset="utf-8" />
French language will be available by selecting it in your profile

Tip : If you want to make French the default language for your site, edit the Anonymous profile using the control panel and change the defaultLanguage attribute in communityserver.config

Il s'agit du pack de langue français complet pour CommunityServer 2007.

Pour l'installer :

décompressez ce fichier dans votre dossier CS/Languages
modifiez le fichier languages.xml en ajoutant la partie suivante : <language name="French" key="fr-FR" emailCharset="utf-8" />
les utilisateurs pourront choisir la langue française en la sélectionnant dans leur profil

Astuce : si vous souhaitez que la langue française soit celle par défaut sur votre site, modifiez le compte Anonymous en utilisant le panneau de contrôle et changez la valeur de "defaultLanguage" en "fr-FR" dans votre fichier communityserver.config

It's a complete French Language Pack for CommunityServer 2.1. It's updated to match changes made in SP3. It can be used with CS 2.1 without SP3 anyway.

DO NOT USE IT WITH CS 2007, IT'S NOT COMPATIBLE ! USE THIS PACK INSTEAD

To install it :

unzip this file in your CS/Languages folder

French language will be available by selecting it in your profile

Il s'agit du pack de langue français complet pour CommunityServer 2.1. Il a été mis à jour pour refléter les changements apportés par le SP3. Il reste entièrement compatible avec une version 2.1 sans le SP3 installé.

NE PAS UTILISER AVEC CS 2007, POUR CS 2007, UTILISEZ CE PACK.

Resources.xml : ViewThreads_ActiveUsers et ViewUserProfile_Joined utilisaient le mot "coldwire" au lieu de termes génériques

This zip contains an xml file with a changelog created using xmldiff and a custom tool.

It reflects all modifications made into Resources.xml, FileGallery.xml, ControlPanelResources.xml and FeedReader.xml between CS v2.0 (2.0.60217.2664) and CS 2.1 (2.1.60809.935).

I've used this app with another tool to patch translated resoures for version 2.0 by removing any deleted item and tag as obsolete any item with content changed between the both versions.

Are also included an xslt and a rendered html file.

CS Translator is a Community Server Application that you can install into your CS website to allow your members to help translating community server to another language.

It's available for both ASPNET 1.1 and ASPNET 2.0 versions.

Requires Community Server v2.1

Features

Allow editing of Resources.xml, ControlPanelResources.xml, FileGallery.xml and FeedReader.xml
Search item by resource name or resource value (original and translated)
Ajax used to send your work, to reduce server's file system interactions
Check string parameters against missing items : if you forget to recopy any {0}, {1}, ... parameter, a javascript will alert you
Support "obsolete" tagged item, so you can revise resources which have changed between to CS versions (see "And More")
Immediate application of your changes, thanks to CSCache and files changes monitoring.
